This acceptable use policy applies to all users and guests of TeamSimRacing.com. A USER is anyone

All users are expected to abide by the provisions laid out in this document, without exception.
TeamSimRacing.com is the final authority over user activity. This acceptable use policy attempts
to summarize what TeamSimRacing.com deems acceptable and unacceptable of its services. Except where
explicitly stated, violation of this acceptable use policy may be considered breach of contract, and
may result in termination of site priveleges and possible criminal charges. TeamSimRacing.com
reserves the right to restrict or terminate your account at any time and for any reason.

1. ACCOUNT SHARING
Accounts are for the exclusive use of the account holder. In addition, you are permitted to share
your account with the members of your household or your office in the same manner that you might
legally share your telephone or cable television service. Simultaneous logins into TeamSimRacing.com,
are prohibited. If we observe this activity, we will close the account in assumption that someone is
using it without your knowledge. Accounts are often inadvertently shared by making your password known
to people who have no business knowing it. This can be avoided by simply not giving your password to anyone.
2. RESELLING OF SERVICES
The user is not permitted to resell services provided by TeamSimRacing.com under any circumstances.

threats of any kind. Also included is any sort of attack on a computing resource made available to you
as a TeamSimRacing.com user, or made generally available to anyone on the Internet. Attempts to
compromise the security of any site or individual account, or attempts to subvert the ability of other
sites or individuals to operate on the Internet in their normal capacity, are not tolerated under any
circumstances.
4. WASTEFUL ACTIVITY
Any use of your account that is wasteful of TeamSimRacing.com resources is not permitted. This includes,
but is not limited to maintaining a non-interactive connection to TeamSimRacing.com (referred to as idling),
using excessive processor time, memory, or disk space on the TeamSimRacing.com Unix server. Any use
of the service must be interactive use, meaning that someone is in front of the computer and using it
when you are connected to TeamSimRacing.com.
5. PIRATED SOFTWARE OR WAREZ
Warez is a collective term that originally referred to pirated (distributed in violation of its
license agreement) software documented procedures for exploiting known bugs or security holes in publicly
available software, or software that implements those exploits. Today, it is mostly associated with
pirated software. Pirated software is illegal, as it violates numerous domestic and international
copyright laws and agreements. Possession of it on, or transmission of it through, TeamSimRacing.com and
its network is not permitted.
6. SPAM/Bulk Email
Spam collectively refers to e-mail messages and Forum postings that are transmitted to a large number
of recipients to whom it has little, if any, redeeming value. For e-mail, it is generally sent to a large
number of people without prior solicitation (bulk e-mail). For Forums, is generally posting repeated
messages over and over that are completely unrelated to the topic of the posting. Spam is widely despised
on the Internet, and TeamSimRacing.com users are expressly prohibited from participating in any spamming
effort in any capacity, whether you are directly responsible, or whether someone does it on your behalf.
Spam that in any way involves TeamSimRacing.com, directly or indirectly, is not permitted.
7. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
Illegal activity of any kind is not permitted. This includes violation of all applicable domestic laws,
and all laws governing any service or site you access on the Internet.
8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR CONTENT
In no event shall TeamSimRacing.com be held liable or responsible for any content or persons
encountered on the Internet that do not originate at TeamSimRacing.com. We do not feel it is our place to
act as a judge or censor. Our only attempts to deny access to specific resources or for specific
individuals are due to technical constraints, to protect our users' ability to freely access the
website, or in enforcement of this acceptable use policy.
9. CANCELLING YOUR ACCOUNT
If you decide to discontinue your account with TeamSimRacing.com, please notify us by e-mail to
admin@arcasimcentral.com and the account will be terminated immediately unless otherwise specified.
10. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
The proper operation of your computer (hardware and software) is not the responsibility of TeamSimRacing.com
and you are responsible for the condition and maintenance of your computer's ability to operate or connect
to our website. TeamSimRacing.com as well will not be held responsible for any damages to software or
hardware that occurs from the downloading or installation of any software offered from the TeamSimRacing.com
website. This includes virii or spyware.
11. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS - Extended
Neither TeamSimRacing.com nor its Information Providers are responsible for any damages arising from User's
use of TeamSimRacing.com services or by User's inability to use the TeamSimRacing.com' service. This
includes email and access to any information on this website.
TeamSimRacing.com reserves the right to change, without notice, any service, including but not limited to,
access or site procedures, commands, documentation, vendors, and/or services offered.
